I have to testify in court today. Usually my children will proudly tell anyone who will listen that their mom helps juveniles. They are very proud of my involvement in the juvenile diversion programs here. But today they can't quite understand how I can help the juveniles in the program if I testify against them in court. I guess now would be a bad time to tell them that as a forensic psychologist, I will have to testify for and against many people.
